Coach Baldwin's approach is comprehensive and practical.  He is also an inspiring human being! I have focused on my Desired Outcomes.  Keeping focused on the goal for every aspect helps when adversity starts to distract. I see the world in color blocks, both from my own POV & through anyone I interact with.  I have more self-awareness and compassion for people who are different than I am. 

 Coach was able to help unify our Team even more than I could have imagined.  His coaching approach is effective and impactful.  There are ways of thinking that have forever been recalibrated in my brain due to Coach, his words, and his influence!  

Coach has a direct approach. He is also masterful in reaching each person tailored to their own personality and learning style. He is flexible and always gives 100% in every session!

The biggest thing I got from this program is

1) Identifying areas in my life where I wanted to improve 

2) stop making excuses and work around hurdles 

3) identify goals 

4) prioritize what's important 

Coach Baldwin is amazing!!! First and foremost, he comes from a place of experience. He isn't just "talking the talk", coach "walks the walk". He is a person that within just a few minutes of talking with you, can help you identify the issues you are facing. What's more is that he can call you out when you are lying to yourself--he can help you get out of your own way. Pure accountability in the most positive way.  

Working with Coach over the past six months has been truly transformative. Despite the challenges, I am now a fundamentally different person. Coach helped me identify my priorities and motivated me to take action. Today, I am spiritually fulfilled, spend more quality time with my family, and have greater peace. I have lost 25 pounds and am actively working on my professional goals and emotional well-being. This journey has been life-changing, and I am grateful for the positive impact on my life.

Coach's sincerity and integrity is bar none. I've been privileged to coach with others, but no one like Coach Baldwin. This is something you have to experience. Speaking to a coach is like speaking to a best friend. Baldwin exhibits and internalizes the essence of "COACH". That's not just a word to throw around.
